Through the innovative design of the filter medium (bag-shaped filter membrane) and the supporting cage frame structure, the filtration and regeneration performance of the filter membrane is improved, and it changes into different geometric shapes in different working states. The filter medium is a bag filter membrane, whose surface can be composite modified by porous polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, and the support cage of the filter membrane is designed into a multi-node concave cylinder.
When the filtration working state, the filtrate is driven by the pump, so that the supporting filter medium on the cage frame is compressed, the pores are appropriately small, to ensure the normal operation, the clear liquid passes through the filter medium into the bag and is discharged upward, the solid material (filter residue) is intercepted by the filter medium outside the bag; When the filter cake conjunctiva makes the pressure difference between inside and outside the filter medium rise to the set value, the backwash cleaning is carried out. The filter medium expands from the filtrate level difference potential energy into a multi-node drum. Under the action of the pore expansion and the backwash potential energy, the filter cake conjunctiva layer accumulated on the filter medium is easy to clean, so that the filter medium can be regenerated quickly and effectively.
