In view of the characteristics of very low surface energy of polytetrafluoroethylene (F4), through special processing technology, it can be completely compacted with the metal body, which completely improves the original loose lining technology, and is a great breakthrough in technology. On this basis, a new compound tight lining product of polytetrafluoroethylene and glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) has been developed.
The key of this process is to effectively improve the surface energy of PTFE, so as to achieve the purpose of composite with other materials.
Because the critical surface of the lining jacket does not have space, the performance of the F4 tight lining series products obtained by this composite technology is no longer affected by the air between the interlayers. The extremely high peel strength after composite effectively limits the axial variation of the lining F4 thermal expansion, cold contraction and cold flow creep, so that the deformation turns to the radial direction and the average dispersion is on the slight change of thickness. In this way, it can be applied in the environment with high temperature or more frequent temperature change and negative pressure. In addition, because the effect of tight lining is equivalent to riveting the F4 thin layer on the coat substrate, there is no need to increase the thickness of F4 to strengthen its mechanical strength, so the manufacture of large or complex F4 lining vessels, equipment, etc., is also solved, and more economical and reasonable.
4.Order installation matters needing attention
1) When ordering, the user should try to provide the medium, temperature and pressure, especially if it is used under negative pressure.
2) If users have their own seamless steel tube coat, single purchase F4 lining, etc., and the quantity is large, the company can send people to assist flanging lining.
3) The lining equipment should be prevented from collision during handling; Storage should be more than 1M away from the heat source, and long-term exposure is prohibited.
4) During installation, the lining shell shall not be welded or cut by gas; Lining and flanging should be protected; Flange bolts should be uniform to maintain good sealing performance.
5) Because the lining material of each lining valve is thermoplastic, it should not be closed too violently during operation, and the positioning nut should not be twisted arbitrarily to prevent damage.
6) If there is no special requirement for the form of connecting flange, HG20592-2009 standard is adopted, or other flange standards (such as GBJB SY, ANSI JISDIN, etc.) or specially made can be applied according to needs.
