Working principle of DDF large bag type back blowing dust collector:
DDF large bag type back blowing dust collector is divided into positive pressure type (also known as press in type) and negative pressure type (also known as suction type). This manual is introduced according to negative pressure type.
Under the action of negative pressure, the dusty gas enters into the lower ash hopper through the air inlet pipe, and a baffle plate is set on the front of the air inlet. The coarse dust falls into the ash hopper by impact and gravity. The fine dust is filtered by the filter bag and adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter bag. The purified gas is sucked into the fan through the switch valve on the top of the equipment through the exhaust pipe, and then discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe.
When the dust on the filter bag increases continuously and the resistance rises to the specified value, the dust cleaning begins. The dust cleaning mode of the equipment depends on the single chamber reverse blowing mode. When reverse blowing, close the exhaust pipe through the reversing valve, open the reverse blowing pipe, and cut off the exhaust air of the single chamber. Because the air inlet pipes of each room of the equipment are connected, and are in a negative pressure state, the negative pressure suction effect of the adjacent room. The air flow is sucked into the filter bag chamber through the reverse blow pipe. Through the filter bag, the air flow enters the inner side from the outside of the filter bag, and is sucked into the adjacent chamber through the ash hopper and the air inlet pipe of the chamber for discharge. At this time, the filter bag is sucked. The dust inside the filter bag is then shaken off and settled into the ash hopper to complete the ash cleaning of the single chamber. Under the control of the ash cleaning actuator, the other chambers carry out the same sequence of ash cleaning. When the limit value is reached, the ash cleaning stops.
