1. Rated lifting weight: The rated lifting weight of the forklift refers to the maximum lifting weight of the goods, expressed in T (ton), when the distance between the center of gravity of the goods and the front wall of the forklift is not greater than the distance between the load center.When the center of gravity on the forks exceeds the specified distance between the center of load, the lifting weight should be reduced due to the limitation of the longitudinal stability of the forklift.
2. Center distance of load: Center distance of load refers to the horizontal distance T from the center of gravity to the front wall of the vertical section of the forks when the standard goods are placed on the forks, which is expressed in mm (mm).For 1T to 4T forklift trucks, the load center distance is 500mm.
3. Maximum lifting height: The maximum lifting height refers to the vertical distance between the upper surface of the horizontal section of the forklift and the horizontal ground where the forklift is located when the forklift is fully loaded on flat and solid ground and the goods are lifted to the highest position.

Maximum lifting speed: The maximum lifting speed of the forklift usually refers to the maximum lifting speed of the goods when the forklift is fully loaded, expressed in m/min (meters /min).Increasing the maximum hoisting speed can improve the working efficiency, but too fast hoisting speed can easily lead to cargo damage and machine damage accidents.The maximum lifting speed of domestic forklift trucks has been raised to 20m/min.
6. The highest driving speed: improving the driving speed has a great impact on improving the working efficiency of the forklift truck.For internal combustion forklift truck with lifting weight of 1T, the minimum running speed when full load is not less than 17m/min.
7. Minimum turning radius: when the forklift truck is driving at a low speed without load and turning with the steering wheel full, the minimum distance between the most outside and the most inside of the car body and the turning center is respectively called outside the minimum outside turning radius Rmin and within the minimum inside turning radius Rmin.The smaller the minimum outer turning radius, the smaller the ground area required for forklift turning and the better its maneuverability.
8. Minimum ground clearance: Minimum ground clearance refers to the distance between the lowest point and the ground fixed on the car body outside the wheel. It represents the ability of the forklift truck to cross the raised obstacles on the ground without collision.The greater the minimum ground clearance, the higher the passability of forklift trucks.
9. Wheelbase and wheelbase: the wheelbase of a forklift refers to the horizontal distance between the center line of the front and rear axle of a forklift.Wheel base is the distance between the center of the left and right wheels on the same axis.Increasing the wheelbase is beneficial to the longitudinal stability of the forklift, but increases the length of the body and the minimum turning radius.Increasing the wheel base is beneficial to the lateral stability of the forklift, but will increase the total body width and the minimum turning radius.
10. Minimum width of right-angle channel: minimum width of right-angle channel refers to the minimum width of right-angle intersecting channel for forklift driving back and forth.It is expressed in mm.Generally, the smaller the minimum width of right-angle channel, the better the performance.
11. Minimum width of stacking channel: The minimum width of stacking channel is the minimum width of the channel when the forklift is in normal operation.

Basic conditions
1. The applicant who is engaged in the special equipment operation of the Forklift Truck Certificate must be over 18 years old;
2. Be in good health and meet the special physical requirements of the forklift operation applied for;
3. The degree of education suitable for the operation type of special equipment of forklift truck license;
4. Have the work experience suitable for the special equipment operation type applied for forklift truck license;
5. Possess relevant safety technical knowledge and skills of forklift truck special equipment operators;
6. Comply with other requirements stipulated in the safety technical specifications for special equipment operators of the Forklift Truck License.
Specific conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the relevant safety technical specifications.Those who apply for a Certificate for Special Equipment Operators shall first sign up for the examination at the examination institution for special equipment operators, and be issued a certificate for special equipment operators after passing the examination.
