1. Stainless steel storage tank area should be kept clean, fire embankment should be free of hay, no oil, no combustible.
The drainage system of stainless steel storage tank area should be equipped with water sealing well;
The drain pipe should be equipped with valves outside the fire embankment;
When the oil tank is discharging water, it should be supervised by a special person to remove the residual oil in the water sealed well in time.
No explosion-proof electrical equipment and high voltage overhead lines shall be installed in the stainless steel storage tank area.
The stainless steel storage tank area shall be provided with fireproof dikes, which shall be kept in good condition.
The top of the stainless steel storage tank area should be free of oil and water.
The inlet and outlet pipelines and valves of oil storage tanks shall be insulated.
The transparent hole, measuring hole cover and gasket at the top of the stainless steel storage tank area should be kept intact, and the hole cover should be tightly covered.
The oil gauging port should be equipped with non-sparking metal gaskets.

Lightning protection and anti-static grounding device should be checked every spring, and the test grounding resistance value should meet the requirements.Two soft copper wires with a cross-sectional area of not less than 25mm2 shall be used to connect the floating vessel and the tank wall of the floating roof tank.The amount of oil in the storage tank should be operated in the safe tank position.When the condensate oil level is higher than the heating coil, the steam riser shall be used to heat the condensate oil, and then the steam coil shall be used to heat the condensate oil after it is dissolved.Do not wear synthetic clothing and tins with iron nails.Do not open or close the non-explosion-proof flashlight at the top of the tank.The operation of oil pipeline fire and tank cleaning in the storage tank area shall comply with the industry regulations.If a tank is on fire, report immediately and stop all operations on the tank.Organize fire fighting and start emergency plan at the right time.
