Product overview
The silent check valve is composed of valve body, valve seat, guiding fluid, valve disc, bearing bush and spring and other parts. The internal flow channel adopts a streamlined design, the pressure loss is small, the opening and closing stroke of the valve disc is very short, and the pump can be quickly closed when the pump is stopped, preventing the huge water hammer sound and forming a mute effect. The valve is mainly used in water supply, drainage, fire protection, and HVAC systems. It can be installed at the pump outlet to prevent medium backflow and water hammer damage to the pump.
Features
1. The internal flow channel of the silent check valve adopts a streamlined design, with small flow resistance and energy saving. It is closed by its own spring force to prevent water hammer.
2. When the pump is stopped, the valve disc has a short closing time in the multi-spring, which can be closed quickly, avoiding the generation of water hammer and preventing the huge water hammer sound, forming a mute effect.
3. The valve needs to be installed vertically (the axis of the valve body is vertical).
