600X electric control valve is a hydraulically operated valve with solenoid valve as guide valve. It is often used for automatic control in water supply and drainage and industrial systems. The control response is accurate and fast. It can remotely open and close the pipeline system according to electrical signals to realize remote operation.
600X electric control valve can replace gate valve and butterfly valve for large electric operating system. The valve closing speed is adjustable, and the valve closes smoothly without pressure fluctuation. The valve is small in size, light in weight, simple in maintenance, convenient in use, safe and reliable. The solenoid valve can choose AC 220V, or DC 24V, which can be normally open or normally closed according to various occasions.
Structural features and uses
600X electric control valve consists of main valve, solenoid pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control takeover system. The remote control of the valve opening and closing can be realized through the solenoid pilot valve. The speed of opening and closing can be controlled by adding additional devices. The electronically controlled hydraulic control valve uses a pilot valve to control the opening and closing of the valve, saving energy. It can replace other large electric devices of valves. Electronically controlled hydraulic control valve products are widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.
Working principle
When the valve feeds water from the inlet, the water flows through the needle valve and enters the main valve control room. When the solenoid pilot valve is opened, the water in the control room flows out through the solenoid pilot valve and ball valve. The opening of the ball valve is greater than the opening of the needle valve, the pressure in the main valve control room is very low, and the main valve is in a fully open state.
When the solenoid pilot valve is closed, the water in the control chamber of the main valve cannot flow out, and the pressure in the control chamber increases, pushing the diaphragm to close the main valve.
