200X pressure reducing and regulating valve (adjustable pressure reducing valve) consists of main valve, pilot valve, needle valve, ball valve, micro filter and pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control takeover system. When in use, when the outlet pressure is adjusted, it can automatically maintain a stable outlet pressure.
The 200X pressure reducing valve is independently controlled by the pilot valve, does not require other devices and energy, is easy to maintain, has high pressure control accuracy, is less affected by inlet pressure and flow, and is reliable in pressure reduction and regulation.
200X pressure reducing valve products are widely used in high-rise buildings, living areas and other water supply network systems and urban water supply projects.
Working principle
When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, the water flows through the needle valve into the main valve control chamber, and the outlet pressure acts on the pilot valve through the conduit. When the outlet pressure is higher than the pilot valve spring setting, the pilot valve closes. The control room stops draining. At this time, the pressure in the control room of the main valve increases and closes the main valve, and the outlet pressure does not increase any more.
When the valve outlet pressure drops to the pressure set by the pilot valve spring, the pilot valve opens and the control chamber drains water downstream. Since the discharge volume of the pilot valve system is greater than the water inlet volume of the needle valve, the pressure in the control chamber of the main valve drops. Inlet pressure causes the main valve to open. In a steady state, the control room has the same water intake and drainage, the main valve opening remains unchanged, and the outlet pressure is stable. The outlet pressure can be set by adjusting the pilot valve spring.
