2) Structural characteristics
A. The butterfly valve adopts vertical plate type to clamp connection, compact structure, easy to operate.
B, the valve seat adopts the integral plane "O" sealing ring and double ball face close type, so that the adjustment and self-sealing combination, effectively overcome the shaft both ends often leaking and the valve disc corner easy interference of the common problem.
C, through the selection of different lining materials, can make the medium, temperature applicable range is more extensive, the application is more economic and reasonable.
D. Due to the low surface energy of the lining material and the design of the linear structure, the scale resistance is improved and the flow resistance coefficient is reduced.
E. The connection between the driving device and the butterfly valve, as well as the direction, arrow and mark of the handwheel, the limiting mechanism and the locking mechanism are in accordance with the relevant national standards, safe and reliable in use, and good interchangeability of spare parts.
Order installation matters needing attention
1) When ordering, the user should try to provide the medium, temperature and pressure, especially if it is used under negative pressure.
2) If users have their own seamless steel tube coat, single purchase F4 lining, etc., and the quantity is large, the company can send people to assist flanging lining.
3) The lining equipment should be prevented from collision during handling; Storage should be more than 1M away from the heat source, and long-term exposure is prohibited.
4) During installation, the lining shell shall not be welded or cut by gas; Lining and flanging should be protected; Flange bolts should be uniform to maintain good sealing performance.
5) Because the lining material of each lining valve is thermoplastic, it should not be closed too violently during operation, and the positioning nut should not be twisted arbitrarily to prevent damage.
6) If there is no special requirement for the form of connecting flange, HG20592-2009 standard is adopted, or other flange standards (such as GBJB SY, ANSI JISDIN, etc.) or specially made can be applied according to needs.
