Working principle
Based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, zeolite molecular sieve is used as adsorbent. Because zeolite molecular sieve has selective adsorption characteristics, nitrogen is adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieve in large quantities, oxygen is enriched in the gas phase, and nitrogen and oxygen are separated by pressure swing adsorption.Two absorption towers process is used, one tower absorbs oxygen and one tower desorbs and regenerates. The opening and closing of pneumatic corner seat valve is controlled by the intelligent program of PLC, which makes the two towers cycle alternately and continuously produces high quality oxygen.
