Conditions of use
1. Ambient temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃.
2. When the product is installed and used, the altitude of the place used should not exceed 2000M.
3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not be greater than 90% (+25℃).
4. The equipment should be installed in the place where there is no violent vibration and impact, and the place where the electrical components are not corroded.

Structural features

1. By use, it can be divided into: receiving cabinet, bus contact cabinet, feeding cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet and lighting distribution cabinet.
2. Cabinet structure:
(1) The cabinet rack is made of 8MF cold-formed steel partly welded and assembled, and there are mounting holes arranged according to E=20mm and E=100mm module respectively on the frame, so as to improve the universality of product assembly.
(2) ZMJ busbar clamp with high flame retardant PPO material thermoplastic for the building block type combination structure, high mechanical strength and insulation.
(3) The cabinet adopts the whole door structure, and the back of the cabinet adopts the symmetrical double-door structure. The cabinet structure is not installed on the wall.
(4) The cabinet door is connected with the frame by galvanized rotating shaft hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding edge of the door is provided with rubber inserts.
(5) a complete grounding protection circuit is formed by grounding knurled screw structure between the mounting parts in the cabinet and the frame.
(6) The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus.

Ordering instructions
When ordering, please provide the following information:
1. The full model of the product (including the main circuit scheme and auxiliary circuit scheme);
2. Main circuit system combination sequence diagram and layout diagram;
3. Electrical schematic diagram of auxiliary circuit;
4. List of components in the cabinet;
5. If the customer has special requirements, it shall negotiate with the manufacturer to solve the problem;
